This guided tour takes you around St Catherine’s Monastery in Valletta, also known as the Mysterium Fidei, where the nuns never leave the building.
You will be shown where the nuns did their laundry, learn the truth behind the “control rooms” and see the candlelit crypt where you’ll hear exactly how the nuns are still laid to rest there.
You’ll also discover why there is a statue with a beheaded man in a chapel, hear how convent life was self-sufficient, and learn why one of the former nuns is on the path to becoming a saint.
